Dora Cake , Doriyaki , Stuffed Dora Pancakes


Today is my birthday . My kids said me make something special . I didn't have a full ingredients for making cake so I maked the yummy Dora cake or Doriyaki for them it's really very yummy in taste with combination of melted chocolate.
Dora cake or Doriyaki is the Japanese dessert stuffed pancaked with chocolate spread or melted chocolate.
It is very easy to make and soft and spongy in taste. 

Ingredient: 

Dry Ingredients :
1/2 cup plain flour ( maida)
1/4 cup sugar powder
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Other ingredients : 
1egg ( if you don't have egg use 3 tbsp of butter) 
1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
1/2 cup milk 
1/2 cup grated chocolate 


Description with picture : 

Seive all dry ingredients.

              Add egg and vanilla essence in it.

             Add milk and mix all till no lumps                                          remain.

                 It's done no Lumps remain.


  Heat the pan or tawa .

          Pour some batter on it and cook it on low flame.


              Turn and cook from other side .

          From this batter  make 8 pancakes. That means 4 Doriyaki

        Melt the chocolate on double boiler.

              Spread the melted chocolate on pancakes keep one up .


 Dora cake and Doriaki is ready to eat

Chicken Dalcha or daal gosht Recipe


Dalcha or daal gosht is very delicious curry specially in Pune (Maharashtra) . In Pune Muslim wedding menu is incomplete without Dalcha. Specially Dalcha made with lentils ( Pulses or daal) , meat and Chuka bhaji ( type of a green leafy vegetables) . But today I make it with chicken and  without Chuka bhaji . So let's start making.




                           Ingredients :

Orange lentils ( Masur daal ) - 1/2 cup
Split pigeon peas ( toor daal ) - 1/2 cup
Split green gram ( moong daal ) - 1/2 cup
Tumeric pwdr - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp or as per taste
Chilly pwdr - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Oil -  3 tbsp
Onion - 3 chopped
Tomato - 4 to 5 chopped
Chicken - 1/2 kg clean and washed
Bottle gourd ( Lauki) - 1 remove skin and cut in pieces
Dalcha or daal gosht masala - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves - 2 tbsp roasted and crushed
Fennel pwdr- 1/2 tbsp
Dry mango pwdr - 1/2 tbsp
Mint leaves - chopped hand full
Coriander leaves - chopped hand full
Water - as required

               Description with pic :

Washed the lentils or pulses and soaked it for 15 min.


Now boil or cook it with some tumeric pwdr in pressure cooker adding 1 glass of water make the daal take 3 to 4 whistle and keep aside.

In pressure cooker heat the oil

Add onions in it fry till golden brown in color

Now add ginger garlic paste tomato and chopped bottle gourd

Add salt and chilly pwdr mix all very well 

Now add chicken pieces , mint leaves and coriander leaves mix well.

Add cooked lentils (daal)

Add water as required

Add dalcha masala, dry fenugreek leaves, fennel pwdr mix well

Now add dry mango pwdr mix very well close lid and take 4 to 5 whistle

After taking 5 whistle pour  the Dalcha in pan and close the lid cook it on low flame for 20 min.

Dalcha is ready serve with rice

Cake pops from leftover cake crumbs


Hi friends , some times ago I post the yummy recipe of 2 types of cake from 1 batter now I'm  happy to share with you the very yummy and delicious recipe of kids favorite Cake pops from leftover cake crumbs . So let's start making .




Ingredients and step by step description with pic

1.Add cake crumbs in mixy jaar approximately 1 cups .

2. Now add 2 to 3 tbsp melted chocolate in it.and grind  it 

3. Grinded mixture is ready .

4.now make the balls from this mixture.

5. Stick it with tooth pick . And keep in fridge for 2 hrs .

6. Now melt the dark chocolate and coat the pops with it .

7. Sprinkle the grated white chocolate on it (if don't have white chocolate sprinkle desiccated coconut on it ) . Keep in fridge for 15 min then serve it.

Marble Cake and Lawa Cake from 1 batter


Hi frndz , welcome on my blog. today I'm going to show you how to make 2 types of cake from 1 batter marble cake and cupcakes and lawa Cake without oven. Both cakes are very soft and spongy and yummy in taste .I hope you like it. 
My family love Cakes specially Marble Cake and Lawa Cake , I hope you guys also love it.




Ingredients :

Dry Ingredients :

1.  1 cup plain flour (maida)
2.1/2 cup + 2 tbsp suger pwdr
3. 1 tbsp baking powder
4. 1/2 tbsp baking soda
5. 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients : 

1.1/2 cup  butter milk ( add 1 tsp vineger in milk just mix well don't curdle it butter milk is ready)
2. 1/2 cup oil or unsalted melted butter
3. Vanilla essence few drops

For baking : 2 cups Salt 


 Step by step Description with pics : 

1. In vessel or cooker add 2 cups of salt 

Put the stand in it.

Close the lid and preheat the vessel for 10 min.

2. Seive all dry ingredients except cocoa powder.

 3. Add all wet Ingredients in it .

4. Mix well till no lumps remain .

Batter is look like that not so thick and not so thin perfect for marble cake .

5.Now divide the batter into 2 parts . And add the cocoa pwdr in 1 part .

Mix it very well.

6. Add 1 spn white batter in cupcakes mould . 

Add 1/2 some of batter on white batter . Then add the white batter on cocoa batter then add the cocoa batter on white batter 

      Make the design with help of tooth pick

7. Fill all moulds with same method . Close lid and bake it on low to medium heat for 20 to 30 min .

8. Untill then prepare the cake with same method and make the design on it.

9. Prepare lawa cake from remaining choco batter . Take the batter in small bowl place the chocolate cube in between .

10. Spongy  and soft Cupcakes are ready and bake perfectly . Now bake cake and Lawa Cake with same timing .
