Gawar Phalli is also known as Cluster beans this Dish is derived from Indian cuisine. This is the very simple side dish eat with chapati and Jowar Roti . But you can make it with so many ways . Today I'm going to make it very yummy Chatpati Gawar Phalli.

Ingredients :-
1/4 kg cluster beans
2 tbsp oil
Small size chopped onion
Small size chopped tomato
1 tbsp curry leaves ( optional )
1 tsp kalonji ( nigella ) seeds
1/2 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tbsp chilly powder or as per taste
1 tsp amchur powder
How to make : -
1. Break the cluster beans , wash it and keep aside.
2. In pan add oil when oil get heated add cluster beans in it. Fry for 5 min on low to medium flame till light brown in colour then take out from oil keep aside.
3. Now in this oil add chopped onion fry for 2 min. After that add chopped tomato fry it till getting soft .
4. After that add chilly powder , salt , tumeric powder , curry leaves ( if you want) and kalonji seeds mix well cook for 3 min on medium flame .
5. Now add curd , fried cluster beans and Amchur powder mix well . Close the lid cook for 5 min on medium to low flame then switch off the gas.

* If you want to make cluster beans more tasty , add curd in it.
* Curry leaves is optional if you don't like avoid it.
