honey glazed oats - banana pancakes

Oats Banana Pancakes 

Oats Banana Pancakes with Honey glazed
Easy and simple way and quickly bake



Frndz here is the healthy and tasty breakfast do you like this? 
Recipe is the 

Ingredients

Oats - 1 cup
Mashed banana - 1 nos
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tblspn
Milk pwdr - 2 tblspn
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspn
Cinnamon pwdr ( dalchini)  - 1 teaspn
 Yellow Food colour - 1 /2 teaspn
Ice cream essence -  few drops
Honey  - as per required

How to make 

Mix all the ingredients in bowl don't add honey and ghee add milk little by little  mix well keep aside rest it for 15 min  
Now grease the tawa or pan with ghee pour the 1 spn mixture on it and bake on low flame . Turn the pancake slowly and bake other side . Ready all the pancakes with this method. 
Place the all pampanca in serving plate garnish it with some chopped banana and glazed with remaining ghee and honey. 
Tasty and healthy pancakes are ready to eat in breakfast

How to make Tea masala

                  *Tea (chai) masala*

In winter and rainy season there is some changes in our body, suffering from disease like cough ,cold, fever etc. from homemade tea masala we feels good .
  Let's make the  tea masala.


 
                           Ingredients

Black cardamom - 10 nos
Green cardmom - 20 nos
Cloves  - 8 to 10 nos
Dry ginger  - 2 nos
Black pepper - 10 nos
Cinnamon - 1 stik
Mace -  1 tblspn
Nut meg crushed - 1 tblspn
     
     
                              How to make

    1.Add all ingredients in Mixy Jaar .
    2. grind till fine masala powder is ready.
    3.keep it in air tight container.
    this is good in condition within 1 month


        Happy rainy and winter season with       masala tea.

Here is the some tips and tricks for cooking

Tip 1 
Store leafy Vegetables 
If you want to store leafy Vegetables in air tight container keep veggies with 1 Raw egg

Tip 2 
Healthy lemon juice
For healthy lemon juice add lemon zest in it becoz zest contains lots of mineral, vitamin and fiber which make juice more healthy

Tip 3
Quick milk shakes

For quick milk shakes add milk in grinder with 3 tblspn of jam grind it  milk shake is ready serve with sabza seeds and tutti fruiti.

Tip 4 
 Soft chapati for long time

If you want to make soft chapati for long time add half cup milk in flour with salt and water knead well and rest for 15 min then make chapati.

Tip 5 
Hakka noodles without broken and rich in taste
For this process add one lemon juice in boiling noodles with salt and oil your noodles is rich in taste shiny and without broken you can use this tip for biryani rice

Tip 6 
 Dahi or curd without jaman or starter

If you want to make dahi or curd without jaman or starter add half lemon juice with 2 red or green chilly with tail and luck warm milk keep it in warm place for 10 to 12 hrs curd is ready.

Easy Eggless vanilla cupcakes

      Eggless vanilla cupcakes 

Vanilla cupcakes is very delicious and yummy cupcakes, which is very easy to make and without eggs. My kids love it very much.




Ingredients:

Maida - 1cup
Pwdr sugar- 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp
Oil - 1/4 cup 
Butter milk- 1/2 cup milk+ 1/2 tbsp Vineger
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Milk pwdr- 2 tbsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Tutti fruiti - 2 tbsp

For Icing: 

Unsalted butter- 100grm
Cream cheese - 100 grm
Pwdr sugar - 1/2 cup or as required
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp 

Decoration: 

Fennel minicandies

How to make:

 1.In cooker add two cups of salt put stand and heat it in low flame. put the lid remove pressure regulator ( siti) and ring .

2.  untill then make batter of cupcakes
Mix all dry ingredients and strain .

3.Then  mix all wet ingredients and tutti fruiti. Mix well make thick batter.

4.Put the batter in silicone cupcakes mould
Put in container and the bake in cooker for 20 min .

5. untill then make frosting
Strain sugar pwdr add unsalted butter and cream cheese and vanilla essence mix all till fluffy cream is ready. 

6. Now check the cupcakes is bake or not . When it baked perfectly remove from cooker. then let it cool down completely.

7. After that decorate the cupcakes with icing . Use star nozzle for it. 
After that decorate it with fennel minicandies.

8.It is ready to eat my kids love this very much.

If you want to bake it in IFB oven 

Preheat the oven on 140 c for 3 min.
Then bake the cupcakes in 140 c for  15  to  20 min .

How to Make CREAM CHEESE at home

      Make costly CREAM CHEESE at home
      

   cream cheese is very costly in market . Today I'm going to to show you how to  make cream cheese at home with milk powder you can also make it with full fat milk instead of milk powder. 

Ingredients

 Good quality Milk pwdr : 2 cups
  Water : 3 cups
  Venegar or lemon juice : 3 tbsp

                   


How to make: 

1.Mix the milk pwdr and water in pan on the gas flame and stir it till no lumps remain.

2. then boil it. After that low the gas flame cook for 5min.   then add vinegar or lemon juice till milk curdled. switch off the flame, Strain it in cotton napkin  paneer is ready now grind it. Untill then add the 5 tbsp of  whey water and grind  it again.
  
3.Cream cheese is ready
You can use it for topping
Decoration and frosting on cake and spread in sandwich also make cheese cake from it 
Store it in freezer it is good in condition till 1 month.

Your vegetables fresh till 1 month it's my tried formula
And store the other leafy vegetables without cleaning from water .

Chicken Changezi Recipe

   Chicken changezi

A very delicious curry also Rich in taste . The Recipe name derived from the name of Mongolian Ruler  Changez Khan. 






Ingredients : 
 Chicken- 1/2 kg
Dahi- 1 tin
Milk- 1 cup
Chilly pwdr-1/2 tblspn
Garam masala- 1/2 tblspn
Chaat masala-1/2 tblspn
Salt-1/4 tblspn or as per taste
Kasuri methi roasted- 2 tblspn
Ginger garlic paste-2 tblspn
Magaz bean instead of kaju- 4 tblspn
Chopped onion- 3 nos
Chopped tomato- 3 nos
Oil- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make:

1.Marinate chicken with all masalas and dahi keep a side at least 1hr.

 2. In pan add oil when oil heating add chopped onion .when light brown in color add magaz bean and tomato .after that add salt and chilly pwdr in it cook it 5 min off the gas flame let it cool down and grind.

3.In pan add oil add ginger garlic paste and saute till nice aroma is coming. then add the grinded paste and fry it 5 min. now add marinated chicken, milk , kasuri methi and sprinkle some chaat masala and garam masala. cook it for 15 min on low to medium flame till chicken is  cooked.

4. Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.



How to make peanut chutney

Peanut chutney 



This type of Peanut chutney is very famous  chutney of my village  specially  during Ramadan. It is also called a kacchi chutney . it is very delicious in taste my family  love it very much . They love to eat it with mutton  biryani or pulav hope you also like it. 


                    Ingredients:

Peanut - 1 cup
Dahi- 1 tin
Onion finely chopped- 1 nos
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves  - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves- 4  nos
Salt-1/2 tsp or as per taste
Sugar- pinch off
Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
                   
                  How to make 

Roast the peanut, let cool down . Keep it  in mixy jaar with cumin seeds, half coriander leaves,  garlic cloves,  salt , sugar and red chilly powder . grind well take out in bowl. Then add chopped onion and dahi and mix well.
 Serve it Garnish with remaining coriander leaves .
You can eat it with chapati and pulav.
