Bread Custard Barfi

Bread Custard Barfi 

Barfi is the traditional sweet from India. today I'm going to show you Very yummy and mouthwatering Barfi with the combination of custard and bread crumbs very easy to make and very delicious in taste.






Serving for : 3 to 4

Ingridients : 

Milk - 500 ml
Custard pwdr - 2 to 3 tbsp 
Bread slices - 6 to 8
Sugar - as per taste or 1 cup
Cardamom pwdr - 1 tsp 
Dry fruits chopped - 3 tbsp
Ghee - greasing 

How to make : 

1.Take some milk in cup add custard pwdr in it mix well.

2 . Remove the sides and grind the bread slices make bread crumbs .

3. Boil the milk . when milk is start boiling  add sugar , cardamom pwdr , chopped dry fruits mix well . until then add bread crumbs mix well . After that add custard pwdr mixture add and stir continuously till it mix well and no lumps remain stir continuesly cook 15 min on low flame.
 then switch off the flame . 

4 . Grease the plate with Ghee pour the mixture in it spread slowly add remaining dry fruits on it keep in fridge for 4 to 5 hrs. For best result keep it for overnight. After that cut it in cubes shape like barfi .

How to clean Gas stove top Burners

    
Sometimes it's really very difficult to wash or clean the Gas Burners . When we clean our kitchen, the main issue is how to clean Gas burners. this method takes sometime but your gas burner will be very new .

See the difference on Gas Burners so let's try it .

It requires :

1 big bowl
1& 1/2 cups of vinegar
3 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup water 


How to do : 

First in big bowl add vinegar and water  then add soda mix well  . 
After that add the gas burners in it . leave it for 3 to 4 hrs , for best result leave it for overnight . next day wash the gas burners with dishwash baar or liquid with Brush or steel scrubber then see the result.

Chatpata Sweet Corn Chaat

My family and my guest love this chatpata mouth Watering Sweet Corn Chaat. This is the perfect snacks for Rainy season, enjoy your Rainy Season with this easy and mouthwatering chaat. so let's start making.




Prep time: 5 to 10  min 
Making time: 5 min 
Total time: 10 to 15 min
Serving for 3 to 4 

Ingredients : 

 Sweet corn - 2 to 3 cob 
Onion finely chopped - 1big 
Coriander leaves chopped - hand full 
Lemon juice -1 to 2 lemons 
Red chilly pwdr -1tsp or as per taste 
Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste 
Amchur pwdr - 1/2 Tsp 
Chaat masala - 1 tsp 
Black pepper pwdr ( optional ) - pinch off 

How to make : 

1. Boiled the sweet corn cob in a pressure cooker take 3 to 4 whistle.
2. Remove the kernels from sweet corn cob.
3.take out the kernels in a big bowl 
4.add all other ingredients in it mix very well serve it with hot tea.

Maddur Wada .

Maddur Wada 

Maddur Wada is a savoury fritters type snack from south India. This snack is derives from the town of  'Maddur which is in  the Mandya districts of Karnataka.'
Maddur lies between the cities of Banglore and Mysore and maddur Wada is frequently sold on trains that traverse these two cities. this is the perfect snack with tea during Rainy season very crisp and easy to make . so let's start making it.




Prep time: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min 
Total time: 15 min
Serving for: 2 to 3 


Ingredients : 

Rice flour - 1/2 cup 
Maida or plain flour - 1/4 cup
Rava or semolina - 1/4 cup 
Onion 1 small finely chopped 
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped 
Curry leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped
Green finely chopped 1 nos or as per taste (if it is not spicy then add 2nos)
Hot oil - 1tbsp
Salt - 1tsp or as per taste 
Water - 2 tbsp or as per required 
Oil for frying 

How to make : 

1. Take the all three flours in a bowl.


2. Add chopped, onion green chilly, coriander leaves and curry leaves.


3. Add salt and hot oil in it.

                  

4. mix it with the help of a spoon.


5. Add little by little water mix well.


6. Make a soft dough and keep aside.


7. Heat the oil in a pan.


8. Take small part from the dough. make patty like this not so thick not so thin.

                  

9. I make 8 to 10 patties from the dough.


10. Fry the patties both side in hot oil on low to medium heat for 7 to 10 min.


11. See the Wada and onion also brown in colour that means it's done perfectly.


12. Serve hot Wada with  tomato ketchup 
          And chutney with hot tea. And enjoy               the Rainy season.
