               Egg and Suji Halwa 

Hi frndz,
today I'm going to show you how to make my favourite sweet dish in easy way, the name is Egg and Suji Halwa.
So let's start making it.


Prep time : 5 min 
Cooking time :  15 min 
Total time : 20 min 
Serving for : 4 to 5 

Ingredients : 

Egg - 4 to 5 
Semolina ( Rava) - 1/2 cup 
Clarified butter ( ghee ) - 2 tbsp 
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 1/2 cup or as required 
Cardomom pwdr - 1/2 tsp 
 Kesar yellow Food colour -  pinch off 
Dry fruits finally sliced - for garnishing 

How to make : 

1. In mixy jaar beat eggs, add milk, clarified butter, cardomom pwdr and sugar. Grind it till fine mixture is ready.

2. In pan or Kadai, pour the mixture add semolina and food colour stir continuously , cook it on low to medium heat for 10 to 12 min, till thick halwa is ready.

3. Serve halwa garnish with finely sliced dry fruits of your choice. 

Yummmy halwa is ready to eat.
