Fish Fry is very delicious appetizer . It's owesome in taste. There is a variety of method of making fish fry. Today I'm going to make it with very easy and simple way. And used the ingredients which is easily available in kitchen.

Total time : 25 min
Serving for : 3 to 4
Ingredients :
1 kg fish ( fish that you can fry )
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 cup rice flour ( if don't have it. use semolina )
2 tbsp Fish Fry masala
1/4 tbsp or as per taste Salt
1 tbsp chilly powder ( optional )
1/2 tsp Orange red food colour
1 egg
Lemon juice of 1 big juicy lemon
2 to 3 tbsp chopped curry leaves
Oil for frying
How to make :
1. Clean and wash the fish . Take out it in big bowl .
2. Add all ingredients except oil . Mix very well . Keep in fridge for 15 min ( you can also keep it in fridge for 2 hr for best result).
3. Now heat the oil and fry all fish pieces in it.
4. Serve hot with lemon and raw sliced onion.
