Hommade Kulfi Recipe

Kulfi without khoya and without condensed milk

Kulfi is very delicious and yummy dessert loved by people of all ages . This is a very creamy and delicious dessert . Today I'm going to show you how to make Kulfi without khoya and without condensed milk.
        this recipe is derived from my friend Sana Desai . she is also a very wonderful cook . thank you Sana for very yummilicious recipe.








Ingredients: 

Milk - 1 litre 
Sugar - 1 cup 
Marie biscuit - 5 piece 
White bread - 4 slice 
Cardamom powder  -  1/2 tsp 
Dry fruit  - 1 tbsp 


How to make  : 

1. Heat the milk with sugar till milk will reduce and thicken, on low flame for 20 min .

2. Now add Marie biscuit,  bread slices ( remove the sides of slices ) and cardamom powder. mix well, cook for 5 min .

3. Remove from heat let it cool down completely. 

4. Grind the Kulfi batter  very well.  Mix the dry fruits in kulfi batter. 

5. Pour the mixture in mould keep it in fridge for 5 to 6 hour or overnight. 

6. Take out the Kulfi mould from fridge. Stick the sticks in kulfi, keep the mould in normal water for 30 sec then unmould the kulfi. 

7. Serve immediately.

Stuffed chicken buns in IFB Oven

                     Stuffed chicken buns in IFB Oven 

Stuffed chicken buns is very yummy snack for kids it is light and airy stuffed buns perfect for evening snack with tea .Let's start making it.




Prep time : 2hr 
Cooking time: 30 min 
Total time: 2hr 30 min 
Serving for  : 10

Ingredients : 

For dough : 

Maida ( plain flour ) - 1 kg 
Yeast - 2 & 1/2 tsp 
Sugar - 2 tsp 
Luke warm water - 4 tbsp 
Egg - 1 nos
Luke warm milk - 1/2 cup 
Salt - 1/2 tbsp 
Luke warm water - 1/2 glass or as per required

For Stuffing : 

Boneless chicken - 1 kg 
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp 
Onion finely chopped - 1 medium size 
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp 
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp 
Salt - 1/4 tbsp or as per taste 
Tandoori chicken masala - 1/2 tbsp 
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tbsp 
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp 
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp 
Grated mozzarella cheese - 1 cup 

Egg - for greasing 

Coal - for smoky flavour 

How to make : 

1. Take 4 tbsp of Luke warm water in small bowl, add sugar and yeast in it mix well rest it for 10 min till yeast is rising . 

2. In big bowl take plain flour ( maida ) , add salt, egg milk and yeast mixture mix well add little by little  water mix well till soft dough is ready. knead dough with some oil, keep it in big bowl,  keep bowl in warm place for 2 hrs. 

3. For Stuffing  heat butter and oil together in  pan. Add onion in it when onion is lightly brown add gg paste in it mix well cook for 2 min. Now add chicken pieces  mix well  cook till water is reduced from it. 

4. Now add the red chilly powder,  salt , chaat masala,  tandoori chicken masala mix well . Then add soy sauce and tomato ketchup  mix well  cook for 2 min on medium heat then switch off the flame. 

5. Heat the coal on gas when its heating  keep it in small plate , keep plate on Stuffing pan add some butter on coal when smoking is coming out close pan with lid for 15 min .

6. After 15 min remove coal plate from Stuffing pan,  then grind it coarsely.  

7. Take out grinded Stuffing in bowl add grated cheese in it mix well.  

8. Now take out the dough puch down it with the help if your palm divide the dough equal size in balls. 

9. Beat the egg in plate keep aside. Flatten the ball fill 1 tbsp of Stuffing , re- shape it make smooth ball. Grease balls with egg sprinkle onion seeds ( kalonji ) .  

10. Rest the balls for 10 min before baking.  After 10 min bake it on 200 c of preheated oven for 25 min. 

11. Serve delicious  buns with tomato ketchup and hot tea .
