Dry coconut Chutney Recipe Easy and tasty

Dry coconut Chutney is comnly made in Maharashtra state. It is used as side dish with egg curry and rice khichdi . Very easy to make and very yummy in taste. You can make it as a long travelling meal eat with bread and chapati. Keep it in air tight container , this is good in condition for 1 week .

Making time : 2 min
Total time : 7 min 
Serving  : 1 cup 

Ingredients : 

1 cup sliced dry coconut 
10 to 12 garlic cloves 
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tsp chilly powder or as per taste

How to make :

1 . Dry roast the dry coconut sliced. till brown in colour , keep aside let it cool down completely. 

2. In mixy jaar add coconut sliced , salt , chilly powder and garlic cloves.

3. Grind it till fine chutney is ready.
