Chicken Spring Roll recipe step by step

Spring roll is very delicious roll filled with varieties of vegetables , chicken etc you can make it as you like veg or nonveg . This is the Indo- Chinese recipe. So let's start making.




                        Ingredients :

* For dough :
1.  Plain flour (Maida) - 2 cups
2. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
3. Oil - 1 tbsp
4. Water - as required

* For Filling  :
1. Chicken - 1/2 kg boiled and shredded
2. Capsicum - 1 Julienne cut
3. Cabbage - 1/2 Julienne cut
4. Carrot - 2 Julienne cut
5. Onion - 1 sliced
6. Oil - 2 tbsp
7. Green chilly paste - 1 tbsp
8. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
9. Dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp
10. Black pepper pwdr - 1 tbsp

* For packing Roll :
1. Plain flour - 2 tbsp
2. Water - as required

*Oil - for frying

                   How to make : 
             In bowl add  plain flour , salt , oil add little by little water knead well make soft dough keep aside for 15 min.
            Chopped the vegetables julienne cut,
           

Boiled and shred the chicken , grind the green chilly make paste . In pan add oil when oil is hot add green chilly paste saute it , add  add sliced onion saute for 1 min on low heat now add chicken and all vegetables add salt and Dark soy sauce and black pepper pwdr mix all ingredients with

the help of spatulas keep aside let it cool down.
             After 15 min make the small balls
from dough, dust some dry flour on rolling
surface roll 2 balls same size apply oil on
 
both dust some dry flour, keep one up roll it like Puri size. Heat tawa cook Puri on it

from both side , make two from one . now make the batter for packing roll, in small

bowl add plain flour ( Maida) add little by little water make batter.
          Add filling one side tightly pack the


stuffed roll pack with the packing batter .


Make all rolls with same method , now fry



it. Heat oil in pan when oil is hot fry rolls in it . Serve roll with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
