 What is Curry Leaves :

Curry leaves are used for cooking  in India , SriLanka and other neighbouring countries. This is the very flavourfull leaves .  It is also known as 'Sweet Neem Leaves' , It has a very healthy benefits . It makes our curry very tasty and healthy. it is use for cooking and herbal medicine too. Curry leaves or curry Patta contains Fiber , Calcium , Vitamin A , B , C and E . So let's see the benefits of Curry leaves or Curry Patta.



Benefits of Curry Leaves :

1. Helpful Digestion lose weight and low cholesterol : 

          Curry leaves is very helpfull to Improve digestion. It also absorb the fat of body . Curry leaves is very helpful for losing weight , it also have a properties that can help in the lowering blood cholesterol level.

        Curry leaves contains amino acid and antioxidant which is very useful for our hair. It is useful for repairing dry hair and hair loss and also useful for growing silky and shiny hair. Apply the paste of curry leaves with curd on your hair then wash after 30 min which is repair your hair problem. Boil the oil with curry leaves and strain it keep in bottle use  apply or massage oil on roots  it is very useful.

         It is very useful for our skin make the paste add pinch of tumeric pwdr in it and apply on your skin and acne it is very useful for clear acne and glowing skin .
