Mahallabi or Mahallabia ( Milk Pudding )
Mahallabia is very refreshing creamy and yummy Arabian dessert it is very easy to make.

Ingredients :
Milk - 500ml
Cornflour - 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup
Sugar - 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup
Rose essence - few drops
Pink food colour - few drops
Dry fruits chopped - for decoration
Green colour sugar - for decoration
Description with the pic :
1.take Milk in a nonstick pan.
2. Add sugar to it.
3. Add Cornflour in it.
4. Mix very well then keep on the gas flame.
5. Add the rose essence in it.
6. Add pink food colour.
7. Mix well cook for 10 min on medium heat stir well. close the lid keep aside cool it on room temperature.
8 . take some part in other bowl add red rose food colour or raspberry food colour in it.
9. Mix it very well and keep aside.
10. Add some nuts ( Chopped dry fruits ) in a serving bowl.
11. Pour the Mahallabia on nuts
12. Garnish some dry fruits or nuts on top.
13. Now for other bowl add red rose food colour mixture in Noor cake icing bag.
And use this tip for decoration.
14. Pour the Mahallabia in another bowl
15. Decorate it with red rose food colour mixture.
16. Make the design for it
17. For green colour, sugar adds green colour in normal sugar mix well green sugar is ready.
18.decorate the sugar on Mahallabia
19. Keep Mahallabia in the fridge for 1 hr before serving.
Notes:
1. Mix the sugar and cornflour in milk mix very well then keep on gas stir well in between of cooking .
2. If you want to decorate with green sugar, then after cooling down inthe fridge do it.
