Kanda bhajji ( Pyaz ke pakode ) for beginners
Rainy season has started . My Family members demand for 'Kanda bhajji and Masala tea'. So I maked Kanda bhajji for them , which is very yummy and crispy like street food style Kanda bhajji . I'm going to share my simple and easy but crispy kanda ( onion ) bhajji or bhajiya recipe with you.

Tea Masala powder

Tea Masala powder
Prep time : 10 min
Cooking time : 10 min
Total time : 20 min
Serving for : 4 to 5
Ingredients :
Big size onion( Kanda , pyaz ) - 4 nos
Gram flour ( Besan ) - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tbsp or as per taste
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp or as per taste
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder ( optional ) - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - hand full
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil - for frying
Tomato ketchup - for serving
How to make :
1. Cut the onion sliced . Take out it in big bowl , add salt , red chilly powder , tumeric powder , amchur powder, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves ,gram flour and water . Mix all ingredients very well and keep aside.
2. Heat the oil in pan on high flame .fry the bhajiye in medium to high flame till golden brown in colour and crisp.
3. Serve yummy and crispy bhajiya with tomato ketchup.
Sana's note :
1. If you bhajiye batter is so thin add some gram flour and make thick batter for bhajiya .
2. If you like you can add or skip ajwain.
3. Fry on medium to high flame not on high flame .
