kaleji is the liver of chicken and mutton . commenly prepared in India during Eid festival specially in Bakri Eid. it has lots of nutritions like Iron copper , Vitamin A & B etc . this is a very delicious appetizer .

Ingredients :
Kaleji ( Liver ) - 1/4 kg
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Green Capsicum - if big take 1/2
Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - for garnishing
julienne cut garlic - for garnishing
How to make :
1. Wash liver , strain all water from it. In cooker add liver with tumeric powder , salt and water mix well. Close lid take 3 to 4 whistle.
2. In pan add oil when oil is heated add gg paste and chopped garlic in it saute well.
3. Add sliced capsicum in it saute well.
4. Add kaleji or liver with both sauces mix well cook for 2 min .
5. Takeout it in plate garnish with julienne cut garlic and chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot .
