Besan dosa

A very yummy and healthy dish . Also very easy to make and quick dish . Best for evening breakfast. Must try it.




Prep time :05 min
Cook time : 05 min
Total time. : 10 min


Ingredients : Besan - 1 cup Water - 1 cup Onion - 1 medium size chopped Oil - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Chopped Zeera powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Description :


  1. Add all ingredients in bowl except oil mix well till no lumps remain in batter .
  2. heat dosa pan pour one big spoon batter on it and spread it. Sprinkle some oil and cook besan dosa from both sides .
  3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Fish Fry Recipe

Fish Fry is very delicious appetizer . It's owesome in taste. There is a variety of method of making fish fry. Today I'm going to make it with very easy and simple way. And used the ingredients which is easily available  in kitchen. 



Prep time : 15 min 
Cooking time :10 min 
Total time : 25 min
Serving for : 3 to 4 


Ingredients : 

1 kg fish ( fish that you can fry ) 
1/2 cup cornflour 
1/2 cup rice flour ( if don't have it. use semolina ) 
2 tbsp Fish Fry masala 
1/4 tbsp or as per taste Salt 
1 tbsp chilly powder ( optional ) 
1/2 tsp Orange red food colour
1 egg 
Lemon juice  of 1 big juicy lemon
2 to 3 tbsp chopped curry leaves 
Oil for frying  


How to make : 

1. Clean and wash the fish . Take out it in big bowl .

2. Add all ingredients except oil . Mix very well . Keep in fridge for 15 min ( you can also keep it in fridge for 2 hr for best result).

3. Now heat the oil and fry all fish pieces in it. 

4. Serve hot with lemon and raw sliced onion.

Dry coconut Chutney Recipe Easy and tasty

Dry coconut Chutney is comnly made in Maharashtra state. It is used as side dish with egg curry and rice khichdi . Very easy to make and very yummy in taste. You can make it as a long travelling meal eat with bread and chapati. Keep it in air tight container , this is good in condition for 1 week .


Prep time : 5 min
Making time : 2 min
Total time : 7 min 
Serving  : 1 cup 

Ingredients : 

1 cup sliced dry coconut 
10 to 12 garlic cloves 
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tsp chilly powder or as per taste

How to make :

1 . Dry roast the dry coconut sliced. till brown in colour , keep aside let it cool down completely. 

2. In mixy jaar add coconut sliced , salt , chilly powder and garlic cloves.

3. Grind it till fine chutney is ready.

Mexican Veg Toast Recipe


A crispy Toast with yummy veggies like capsicum , sweet corn , onion and tomatoes.
The yummy toast is loved by people of all ages. Perfect and healthy snack for kids. If your kids don't like veggies to eat make yummy maxican toast for them. This is very easy to make and yummy in taste , and healthy breakfast.  




Prep time : 5 min 
Making time : 10 min 
Total time : 15 min 
Serving for : 2 

Ingredients :- 

2 big slices of bread
  1 tbsp Boiled sweet corn
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
2 tbsp chopped onion 
2 tbsp chopped seedless tomatoes 
Chilly flakes as required 
1 tbsp melted garlic butter 
1/4 cup grated processed cheese 
2 butter sliced small 


How to make :- 

1. Chopped all the veggies and keep aside 

2. Melt the butter spread on a bread slices . Keep slices in oven grilled it for 5 min in one side, and 3 to 4 min on other side. When bread become toast take out it from oven then keep aside. You can also make toast on gas , in tawa spread some butter then roast the bread slices from both sides till become a toast . 

3. Add all veggies in bowl. Except chilly flakes . Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup , 1 tsp of soy sauce ,  butter sliced and grated cheese mix well . 

4. spread the veggies mixture on toast . Sprinkle some chilly flakes as you required the spicyness of toast , then spread some grated cheese on top.

5. Serve immediately.

Anda (egg ) Ghotala Recipe

Anda ( egg ) Ghotala is popular street food. This is very delicious food eat with pav and bread . The dish made with the combination of grated eggs and egg bhurji . 
Let's make it. 




Prep time : 10 min 
Cooking time : 15 min 
Total time : 25 min 
Serving for : 4 


Ingredients :

2 boiled eggs 
2 raw eggs 
2 big size sliced onion
2 big size chopped tomato 
4 tbsp oil 
2 small size cinnamon sticks
2 black cardamom
2 green cardamom 
1 tsp cumin seeds 
1/2 tsp black pepper 
4 to 5 cloves 
1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil 
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
1/2 tbsp or as per taste Salt
1 tbsp chilly powder 
12 tsp Orange red food colour
1/2 cup milk or cream 
1 tbsp roasted crushed Kasuri methi 
Water as required ( optional ) 
Mint leaves for garnishing ( optional ) 

How to make : 

1. Boiled the eggs and  keep aside .

2. In pan add oil when it get heated add sliced onions fry it till light golden brown in colour. 

3. Now add tomatoes and Indian spices . Cook till tomatoes get soft . Then grind all make fine paste. 

4. Now in pan add butter and oil, when it get heated add gg paste saute for 2 min . Then add grinded paste fry for 2 min on medium flame. 

6. Add salt and chilly powder in it mix well cook for 2 min. Then add raw eggs stir continuesly make bhurji from it. 

7. Now add food colour mix well add milk mix well cook for 2 min on medium flame. 

8. Now add grated eggs mix well add water if required mix well cook for 2 min. 

9. At the end add Kasuri methi mix well close the lid cook for 2 to 3 min on low flame. Then switch off the gas. 

10. Serve hot with ladi pav or bread .

Chatpati Gawar Phalli ( Cluster Beans ) Recipe

Gawar Phalli is also known as Cluster beans this Dish is derived from Indian cuisine. This is the very simple side dish eat with chapati and Jowar Roti . But you can make it with so many ways . Today I'm going to make it very yummy Chatpati Gawar Phalli.




Prep time : 10 min
Cooking time : 10 min 
Total time : 20 min 
Serving for : 2 to 3 

Ingredients :- 

1/4 kg cluster beans
2 tbsp oil 
Small size chopped onion 
Small size chopped tomato 
1 tbsp curry leaves ( optional ) 
1 tsp kalonji ( nigella ) seeds 
1/2 tbsp curd 
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste 
1/2 tbsp chilly powder or as per taste 
1 tsp amchur powder 

How to make : - 

1. Break the cluster beans , wash it and keep aside. 

2. In pan add oil when oil get heated add cluster beans in it. Fry for 5 min on low to medium flame till light brown in colour then take out from oil keep aside. 

3. Now in this oil add chopped onion fry for 2 min. After that add chopped tomato fry it till getting soft . 

4. After that add chilly powder , salt , tumeric powder , curry leaves ( if you want) and kalonji seeds mix well cook for 3 min on medium flame . 

5. Now add curd , fried cluster beans and Amchur powder mix well . Close the lid cook for 5 min on  medium to low flame then switch off the gas. 

Sana's note : 

* If you want to make cluster beans more tasty , add curd in it. 

* Curry leaves is optional if you don't like avoid it.
