         Stir fry. Easy and delicious




Stir fry is very very yummy side dish and starter also. You can make it with chicken also try this . This is very tasty. 

Ingredients : 


1/4 kg mutton or as required . This is serving for 2
1 tblspn Ginger garlic paste 
2 tblspn soy sauce
2 tblspn chilly sauce
2 tblspn oil
1/2 tblspn salt
1 big onion roughly sliced
8 to 10 garlic sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
2 green chillies sliced
Seesam seed for garnishing


How to make : 

Cut the mutton pieces in small size add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce , chilly sauce, salt in it Marinate it with 1 hr.
After 1 hr 
Add 1 tblspn oil in pan add half sliced garlic saute well then add marinated mutton saute it on high flame till reduced all water from mutton. Take out it .
Now in pan add oil and other half sliced garlic  saute add onion sliced saute it add bell pepper sliced saute add green chillies sliced saute add remaining chilly sauce and soy sauce add fried mutton mix well for 2 min 
Remove from gas serve hot garnish with some seesam seeds .
It's done!

No oven Easy Milk Pudding

                   Easy Milk Pudding

Milk pudding is very tasty and delicious desert every one like this so much . Their is varieties of pudding mix is available in market today .I make milk pudding from agar agar. 





                          Ingredients :


                       Agar agar 8g


                          Milk 600 ml


Strawberries 5 to 10 chopped


Sugar 100g or as required


Water 1 cup

Vanilla essence 1 teaspn


How to make :


Soak the agar agar in water for 15 min.
In pan add milk and boil . When milk is boiling add sugar and essence mix well boil for 5 min . Then drain the water from agar agar add it in boiling milk and mix till melt .
Stain the milk in bowl with strainer.
Use cupcakes mould for setting of pudding add chopped strawberries in each mould pour the mixture of pudding in it . Store it in fridge for 30 min or till set.
After 30 min  pudding is ready to eat.

Today I'm going to post the recipe for moms, who cares their children this is the  whole wheat flour laddu ,which is very tasty and delicious and also full of healthy benefits . You can also make it on festivals.



Prep time : 5 min
Cooking time : 20 min 
Total time : 25 min
Serving for : 4 to 5 

ingredients


              Whole wheat flour (gehu ka Atta)
                                     1&1/2cup


Clarified butter ( ghee)
1cup + 3 tbsp 


Hommade Condensed milk
1cup



Mix dry fruits
3 tbsp or as required


Cardamom pwdr (ilachi pwdr)
1 tsp 



Sugar (optional) if required
3 tbsp 



How to make


1. Sieve flour. Heat pan add ghee on it . When ghee is heating, add flour mix well till nice aroma is coming.

2.Now add all other ingredients one by one and mix well. 

3.Cook it on low flame for 5 to 7 min 
The switch off the flame.

4.Let it cool down. Don't cool it completely
Now grease hand with some ghee and make the Laddu .

Laddu is ready to eat.

Sulemani mutton kadai is popular dish in India .it's very tasty and mouth watering dish also . so let's make it 



Here is the ingredients :


Boiled mutton with Yakhni - 1/2 kg
Onion tomato paste ( paste from 1 big onion and 1 big tomato) - 1 bowl
Kaju badam paste ( paste from 10 to 15 kaju and 8 to 10 badam) - 1/2 bowl or 3 tblspn.
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tblspn
Dahi - 100 grm
Butter - 50 grm
Water - 1/2 cup
Chilly pwdr - 1 1/2 tblspn
Salt 1/4 tblspn or as per taste
Garam masala - 1 teaspn
Orange Food colour - 1/2 teaspn

For garnishing:


Fried kaju badam - 5 to 6
Coriander leaves

How to make :


In pan add butter melt it . Then add ginger garlic paste saute it . Add onion tomato paste mix it well .
Add kaju badam paste mix well.
Add dahi  then add chilly pwdr garam masala and salt mix well cook it 5 min then add colour mix well 
Now add mutton with yakhni add some water if required mix well . Cook it 10 min on low flame . Now heat the coal put it in bowl . Put the bowl in gravy pan add oil on it when smoke is coming ckclo the lid till mix all smoke in gravy. Now open and take out the coal bowl .
Sulemani kadai gravy is ready now garnish it with some coriander leaves and fried kaju and badam.

Sulemani mutton kadai gravy is ready to eat you can eat it with Naan, chapati and rice . 


How to make Condensed milk from milk powder

Condensed milk  is very costly in market you can make at home only with 4 ingredients in 3 min .
You can use it for deserts, sweets , cakes and chocolate making . Store it in fridge in air tight container. You can also make condensed milk by  boiling and thicking   milk but it takes so much time . This is the very easy way to make condensed milk. 


Prep time : 2 min 
Making time : 1 min 
Total time : 3 min

ingredients 


1 cup + 3 tbsp - milk powder
1/2 cup - pwdr sugar
2/3 cup - warm water
2 tbsp - ghee or unsalted butter

How to make:


 1. Add all ingredients in mixy Jaar , Grind it for 1 min or till no lumps remain.

2.Pour it in bowl decorate with rose petals . 
Store it in fridge in air tight container it good in condition for 1 month .

How to make Firni

Here is the delicious recipe of desert the name is Firni my kidus and  hubby love it very much I hope you all are love this. 
Here is the ingredients of Ice cream Firni

Ingredients


Milk - 500 ml
Condensed milk  - 200 ml
Custer- 2 tblspn
Soaked Rice - 1/2 cup
Ice cream essence - 1 teaspn
Yellow food color - 1/2 teaspn
Tutti fruiti - for decoration


How to make: 


In Mixy jaar add soaked Rice and grind it finelly. In  heavy bottomed pan add milk and boil it . Untill then in Custer pwdr add 2 tblspn milk and mix well. when milk is boiling add grinded Rice and mix it continuesly. After 5 min add Custer mixture and ice cream essence and mix well then add Condensed milk mix well add yellow food color and mix .
I use clay plate to serve  take the Firni in plate keep it in fridge atleast 1 hr . After 1 hr add tutti fruiti for decorate it. 
Enjoy it .

Paneer Maratha as gravy



Paneer Maratha is very tasty and delicious recipe my family love it very much I hope you all are also like this.

Ingredients :

Paneer - 200grm
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1 big
Lemon juice -1 lemon
Dried red chillies - 6 to 7
Butter - 50 grm
Oil - 2 tblspn
Water - 1/2 cup
Dahi - 2 tblspn
Orange food color - 1/2 teaspn
Coriander seed - 1 teaspn
Cumin seed - 1 teaspn
Kalonji - 1 teaspn
Red chilly pwdr - 1 tblspn
Garama masala pwdr - 1 teaspn
Roasted kasuri methi - 1 tblspn
Salt 1/2 tblspn
Coriander leaves - for garnishing

How to make :

1. In warm water soak dry red chillies for 15 min the remove the seeds.

2.Dry roast the Cumin , coriander and kalonji seed keep aside let it cool down completely. The grind fine powder from it. Then grind the red soaked red chilly with lemon juice make fine paste .


3.Cut the in cubes . Marinate paneer with masala and paste , curd and salt keep aside for 15 min.





4. In pan add oil Fry the onion in it and fry till light brown now add tomato and fry till soft keep aside .

5.Now grind the onion and tomato make fine paste and keep aside .


6.Grease the pan with butter and shallow fry the paneer pieces . Fry the pieces from all sides . Take it in plate garnish with coriander leaves and lemon piece the Paneer Maratha starter is ready.

7.Now in pan add oil and butter heat it now add ginger garlic paste fry till nice aroma is coming. Now add onion and tomato paste , Chilly pwdr, salt and garam masala, fry it . Then add kasuri -methi and water cook it 15 min . 


8. switch off the flame. 
Take the gravy in bowl add Paneer pieces on it garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati and rice.
