Chatpata Mango Popsicle Mango Baar.

Chatpata Mango Popsicle or Mango Baar Recipe. Easy / Mouth watering






 Mango Popsicle or Mango Bar are super easy to make and are a perfect treat to beat the summer heat!

             Ingredients :

Serving for 9 

Mango pulp of 3 ripe mangoes
Sugar - 2 tbsp or depends on the sweetness of mango
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 tea cup or as required

For garnishing : mint leaves and mango piece.

            How to make :

In big bowl add mango pulp with suger and chaat masala , mix well till suger melt.
Now add water, mix all ingredients very well . Pour the mixture in mould .
Keep mould in freezer for 8 hr or overnight.

After 8 hr take the water in big bowl , keep mould in bowl or Run the water over it . 
Wait couple of seconds , now remove the popsicles from mould serve immediately

How to make crispy fish fry

  Crispy Bangada(Mackerel) Fish Fry

Today I'm going  to show you how to make Bangada ( Mackerel ) fry with touch of nice aromatic spices. So let's start.



Serving for 2:

Ingredients :

Bangada( Mackerel) - washed and clean
Semolina ( Rava) - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Salt -1/2 tbsp
Chilly pwdr - 1 tbsp
Fish fry masala - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 
Curry leaves - handfull
Raw egg - 1
Orange food colour - 1 tsp
Water - if required
Oil - deep frying
Onion and coriander leaves - for garnishing

How to make :


Wash and Clean bangada ( mackerel ) ,

make 1 to 2 inch gashes on it.
Now make the marination for this , in bowl add all ingredients like semolina, cornflour, salt , chilly pwdr , masala ( if you don't have fish fry masala use garam masala ) , curry leaves, lemon juice , egg , food colour mix all ingredients add water if required .
Make the thick batter for it , 

add bangada in it rub masala on bangada .  Close lid and Keep it in fridge for 1 hr.
After 1 hr heat oil and fry bangada in it .
Fry well from .Both sides and serve hot with onion .Also serve with daal rice and chapati.

today I'm going to show you how to make pizza base without yeast and without oven,  and make pizza in pan.

                        Ingredients :

For Pizza Base Dough :

1 cup of plain flour ( maida) 
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh homemade yogurt ( curd,Dahi)
Water as required .

For Pizza Toppings :

For sauce 3 tbsp tomato ketchup + 2 tbsp red chilly sauce + 1/2 tbsp soy sauce.
1 bowl Mozerella cheese grated
1 Bell pepper or capsicum chopped size            and shape as you like 
1 tomato chopped  remove seed size and         shape as you like.
1 onion chopped size and shape as you like.

Baking or steaming : 
2 cups of salt for pizza baking or steaming.

                    How to make :


In bowl add plain flour or maida, add all ingredients which metioned in
 Base Dough.
Add little by little water and make soft dough for pizza base. Kneed it well for 5 min.

Close the lid and keep it in warm place for 2 hr.

After 2 hr. Heat kadai add 2 cups salt in it. put the stand and close lid preheat kadai before baking pizza.

Check the base dough it is doubled in size . Kneed it well once again before rolling.

Now roll it  in round shape not so thin not so thick . 
Now make the marks with the help of fork.

Take this in plate which we use for baking pizza. Now spread sauce which we make for pizza mentioned in pizza toppings Ingredients. Now sprinkle cheese , set the veggies in it . 

Also sprinkle cheese on top of veggies. Now put the plate in preheat kadai . Close lid and cook it for 20 min in low to medium flame .

 Or untill base is baked very well and crisp. 
Check every  5 min . 

Pizza is ready  take out in plate serve hot.  Enjoy hot pizza with family

 Hi to all foodies here I share the 2 yummmmmy dishes in 1 blog. I hope you all are like this.

Akhni is very delicious dish which is cook with rice , meat and  nice aromatic flavourabl spices . 

The 2nd yummmmmy mouth watering dish is. Instant Raw mango pickle . This is also made with some favorable spices( khada masala ).

Now check the ingredients.

For Akhni ( Biryani ) :
Serving for 3 

1.  Oil - 3 tbsp
2. Onion - 2 big sliced
3. Tomato - 2 big sliced
4. Potato - 1 big  chopped in medium size
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
6. Tumeric pwdr - 1 tsp
7. Salt - 1 tbsp or as required
8. Chilly pwdr - 2tbsp or as required
9. Garam masala - 1 tbsp
10. Roughly grinded coriander leaves -         handfull
11. Lemon juice - 1 lemon
12. Water - 3 & 1/2 glass
13. Rice - 2 cups
14. Mutton / lamb - 1/4 kg


For Instant Raw Mango Pickle :

1. Raw mango ( kairi ) - 2 
2 . Oil - 1 tbsp
3. Muster seed (Rai ) - 1 tsp
4. Cumin seed ( zeera) - 1 tsp
5. Kalonji - 1/2 tsp
6. Garlic cloves - 6 to 6 sliced
7. Fresh curry leaves - hand full
8. Tumeric pwdr - 1/2 tsp
9. Chilly pwdr - 1 & 1/2 tbsp or as required
10. Salt - 1/2 tbsp or as required
11. Sugar - 1/2 tbsp or as per taste

How to make :

Akhni (Biryani) :


 Let's made the Akhni. For Akhni add oil in cooker , when oil is heating add 1/2 tsp oil lemon juice in it. Be alert when adding lemon juice in oil .
Now add sliced onions fry till brown in colour.
Then add ginger garlic paste mix well fry till nice aroma is coming. Now add sliced tomato , with this add tumeric pwdr and 1/2 tbsp of salt mix and close lid for 2 min .
Open the lid the add chilly pwdr mix well. Now add chopped potatoes and mutton mix well cook for 2 min . Then add water in it . After adding water add garam masala , lemon juice and roughly grinded coriander leaves mix well .Cook till water is boiling . When it starts boiling add washed rice mix well. Check the taste,  add salt if required mix . Close the lid cook for 3 whistle . 

Untill then make the Instant pickle
  

 Instant Raw Mango Pickle :


I have a 2 Raw mangoes, remove the skin of raw mango cut the slices, then chopped in small pieces.  

Now make the tadka for it. Heat oil then add muster seed , when it starts crackling,  add cumin seed fry. Then add kalonji and sliced garlic fry. Now add hand full curry leaves then add tumeric pwdr, chilly pwdr, salt and suger mix all cook for 2 min in low flame . Switch off the flame let it cool down completely .
When it cool then add the tadka in chopped raw mangoes pieces toss it and mix well.

My Akhni is also ready to eat Serve the Pickle with Akhni and enjoy.

Here is the very delicious mouth watering and healthy dish is Chicken Crispy with Spinach crispy.
Chicken Crispy is very delicious starter. This is my favorite starter becoz it is so crispy and healthy also . Spinach crispy is also served with chicken crispy in Restaurants . 
Spinach crispy is very healthy side dish  t family love both dishes very much.

Ingredients : -

For Chicken Crispy :

Chicken - 1 kg
Chilly pwdr - 1 tblspn 
Salt - 1/2 tblspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Chopped spinach - hand full
Kasuri methi ( dried funegreek leaves) - 1 tblspn
Tomato sauce - 1 tblspn 
Rice flour - 1/2 bowl
Corn flour - 1/2 bowl
Egg - 1
food colour - 1 & 1/2 tblspn
Oil - for frying

For Spinach Crispy : 


Chopped spinach - 1 big bowl 
Salt - as per taste 
Oil - for frying


How to make : 

For Marination of Chicken Crispy :

First add ingredients in chicken for marination like chilly pwdr , salt , ginger garlic paste, sauce , food color, spinach, egg,  kasuri methi and flours marinate it rest for 1 hr.

Spinach crispy :

Now untill then make the Spinach crispy 
Heat oil  add the chopped Spinach and fry till crispy . Take out in bowl cool down completely then add salt 


Chicken  Crispy : 

Now our chicken  is  marinated heat oil and fry chicken till crispy .  
Take out in bowl or plate serve with Spinach crispy. 

Our healthy and tasty dishes are ready to eat.

How to make Crunchy Oats Choco Bites

                Healthy and delicious Crunchy Oats Choco Bites is very tasty and healthy bites it made with oats honey and Jaggery so let's try it. It is very  very delicious and healthy. Kids are also love this very much.


Prep time : 5 min
Cooking time : 20 min
Total time : 25 min 
Serving for : 4


Ingredients :


Oats. - 1 bowl
Corn flacks - 1 bowl
Mix dry fruits  ( chopped almond and Cashew)- 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coco pwdr - 1tbsp or as per taste
Cinnamon pwdr - 1 tsp
Honey - 50grm
Jaggery - 50 grm
Vanilla essence- few drops

How to make : 

1.  In pan add ghee heat it. Add mix dry fruits in it mix well , now add oats and roast add corn flacks roast. switch off the flame let it cool down completely.

2. Now in bowl add coco pwdr , cinnamon pwdr and honey mix well .

3. In other pan add Jaggery melt it .add melted jaggery in Coco honey mixture mix well ,add roasted ingredients mix well .now in cupcakes moulds add the mixture let it set for 15 min.

4.Now it ready to eat.Garnish with dry fruits and serve .
