Tiranga dhokla Independence day special
Happy independence day to all my Indian brothers , sisters and friends. The yummy and tasty tiranga dhokla for Independence day special. Dhokla is originates from the Indian state of Gujrat.
This is can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack. So let's start making.
4. For green chutney or paste add coriander leaves , mint leaves , green chilly and salt add 2 tbsp of water grind well make fine paste .
6. Divide the dhokla batter in 3 equal parts
7. Add orange paste and green chutney in 2 parts add water in other part. ( If you want you can add pinch off orange food colour in orange batter and green food colour in green batter ) mix very well all three parts .
10. Grease the mould with some oil .

Ingredients :
For dhokla :
Rava(semolina) - 1cup
Dahi (Curd) - 1cup
Salt -1/2tbsp
Pwdr sugar -1/4 tbsp
For orange paste:
Orange food colour - pinch off
Carrot +tomato - 1 each
For Green paste or chutney :
Mint leaves - handfull
Coriander leaves - handfull
Green chilly - 1 nos
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water - as required
Green food colour
Eno -1/2tsp for each batter
For tadka :
Oil- 1 tbsp
Muster seed - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Water -3tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 lemon
For garnishing:
Raw grated coconut
Chopped coriander leaves
Description with pic :
1. In bowl add semolina , curd , salt and sugar.
2. Mix well close lid keep aside for 30 min .
3. Add Chopped carrot and tomato grind and make fine paste.
4. For green chutney or paste add coriander leaves , mint leaves , green chilly and salt add 2 tbsp of water grind well make fine paste .
5. Both pastes are ready .
6. Divide the dhokla batter in 3 equal parts

8. All 3 batters are ready for dhokla making
9. In cooker add 1 glass of water keep plate in it . on the gas flame boil it.
10. Grease the mould with some oil .
11. Add green batter in it . when water is start boiling in cooker add the 1/2 tsp of Eno in green batter mix well .
12. Keep mould in cooker . remove the whistle and vicer from cooker lid close the lid cook for 15 min.
13. Check it if dhokla is done remove it from cooker keep it cool for 5 min then remove the dhokla from mould.
14. Make white then orange dhokla from same method .
15 . for tadka in small pan or kadai add 1 tbsp oil heat it. When oil is heating add 1/2 tsp muster seed and 1/2 tsp cumin seed in it. When it start crackling add 3 tbsp water in it also add juice of 1 lemon boiled it for 2 min then close lid.
16. On top of dhokla spread tadka garnish with grated raw coconut and coriander leaves. Dhokla is ready to eat.
