Tiranga Pudding Easy and Delicious
Happy Independence Day to all my Indian brothers, sisters and Friends. the special Creamy refreshing Pudding For special day very easy to make and very yummy in taste.

Prepare time - 5 min
Cook time - 10 min
Serving time - 1 hr 15 min
Ingredients :
1 & 1/2 ltr milk
1cup cornflour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp Orange food colour
1 tsp green food colour
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Chopped dry nuts for garnishing ( if you want)
Description with the pic :
1. In a pan add milk, cornflour pwdr, sugar and vanilla essence mix very well till no lumps remain
2. Keep on gas. on gas flame, cook on medium heat, stir continuously till thick pudding is ready.
3. Divide into 3 equal part
Add food colours is two parts mix very well
4. Cook orange and green colour pudding for mixing well colour in it.
5. Let it cool down on room temperature.
6. Pour the pudding in serving glasses like tiranga shape keep in the fridge before serving at least 1 hr.
Garnish with chopped nuts if you like serve chill pudding.
