Dates Laddu Recipe ( Khajur Laddu )

Dates and Nuts Laddu ( Khajur Laddu )

Dates are  high in antioxidants, which may contribute to many of their health benefits. Dates contain several vitamins and minerals, in addition to fiber and antioxidants,they are also high in calories. 
      Today I'm going to show you how to make very healthy and delicious Dates and Nuts Laddu. Let's start making it. 



             
                           Prep time : 5 to 10 min
                           Cooking time : 15 to 20 min
                           Total time : 20 to 30 min

  Ingredients  :


Original Kimia Dates -  1 box (it contains 50 dates)
Milk - 1 cup
Clarified butter  (ghee) -  2 tbsp
Chopped Nuts (dry fruits) -  2 tbsp 
Nuts powder - 1tbsp

  How to make  :

1. Remove the seeds from dates. 
2. Add dates in grinder add milk in it. 
3. Grind till fine paste is ready.   
4. Add clarified butter in pan or kadai. 
5. Add chopped Nuts and Nuts powder in it,  fry for 2 min on low flame. 
6. Now add dates paste, mix all ingredients  very well in low to medium  flame, then switch off the gas.    
7. Let it cool down completely.  After that grease your hands with clarified butter, then make the Laddu.  Keep it in airtight container for 15 day.
