Gulab Jamun ki sabzi. Gulab jamun kofta

Normally we make the sweet gulab jamun from Gulab jamun mix . But today I make the Kofta from the Gulab jamun mix. Let's start making.





Ingridients :

For Kofta :
1. Gulab jamun mix - 1/2 pkt
2 .Salt- 1 tsp or as per taste
3. Green chilly paste -  1/2 tbsp or as per taste
3. Chopped mix dry fruits - as required
4. Milk as required for kofta dough
5. Oil for frying.

For gravy :

1. 2 big onion paste
2. 2 big tomato paste
3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
4. Oil + butter 1 tbsp
5. Milk 1/2 cup
6. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
7. Red chilly pwdr - 1 tbsp
8. Water as required
9. Garam masala 1 tbsp
10. Kasuri methi 1 tbsp

For garnishing :
 Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped dry fruits


How to make :

First make the kofta . In bowl add half quantity of Gulab jamun mix , add salt, green chilly paste add little by little water mix well make soft dough.keep aside for 10 min.now make kofta take small ball add chopped dry fruits make round shape using palm like gulab jamun. Fry all.
     Now make the curry add butter and oil in pan heat it then add ginger garlic paste fry till nice aroma is coming. Now add onion and tomato paste fry till all water is dry , add chilly pwdr and salt mix well add milk mix well . Now add water as required close lid cook for 5 min on low to medium heat . Open lid add garam masala and kasuri methi mix well close lid cook on low heat for 2 min . Don't make the thick gravy because kofta soaked the gravy.
          Open lid switch off the heat add kofta in it mix well close lid for 2 min serve immediately garnish with coriander leaves and dry fruits .
        Serve with roti and rice.

How to make KATLAMA

Katlama is the Lahori street food it's also called the poor man's pizza so let's start making.



Ingredients : 

For dough :
1. 1 cup plain flour ( maida)
2. 1 cup whole wheat flour ( gehu ka atta)
3. 1/4 tbsp salt
4. 1 tbsp oil
5. Water - as required

For batter :
1. 2 eggs
2. 1 tsp salt
3. 1 tbsp chilly pwdr
4. 1 tsp Chaat masala
5. Pinch of orange food colour
6. 1 tbsp Roasted crushed kasuri methi
7. 1 cup Gram flour ( Besan ) 
8. Water as required

For top layer :
1. Pomegranate seed ( Anar Dana) 
2. Split green gram ( moong daal)
3. Chopped green chillies 

* Oil for frying
*Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make :

In bowl add all dough ingridients make soft dough keep aside for 15 min.
                            Soaked the split green gram ( moong daal) For 15 min , then remove water from it.
                      Now make the batter in bowl add batter ingredients except gram flour and water , whisk it well then add gram flour add little by little water make pouring consistency batter keep aside. 
                  Make small balls from dough , in rolling surface dust some dry flour start rolling the balls in Puri size.
Apply batter on Puri spread it. On top add some green chillies , moong daal and pomegranate seed  press lightly with spoon.
Now fry it on medium heat . 
Serve immediately  garnish with coriander leaves.

How to make QATAYEF




'Qatayef' is the Arabian and Syrian desert comnly serve in Ramadan and Eid . This is the stuffed pancakes garnish with nuts as you like . This is also called ' Laventine ' desert.
          So let's start making

Ingredients :

For batter :

1. Plain flour ( maida) - 1 cup
2. Semolina - 3 tbsp
3. Suger- 4 tbsp
4. Milk pwdr- 3 tbsp
5. Salt - 1/2 tsp
6. Yeast mixture - (mix the active yeast with some water and pinch of suger rest it for 5 min yeast mixture is ready )
7. Water - as required for batter

For stuffed cream :

1. Homemade fresh paneer - 1/2 cup
2. Milk - 500 ml
3. Suger - 1/4 cup
4. Rose essence - 1 tsp
5. Corn flour mixture - mix 2 tbsp corn flour with some milk mix well till no lumps remain.

For Qatayef pancake :
Ghee for greasing

For Garnishing :
Mix dry fruits


How to make :

In bowl mix all batter ingredients mix well make batter like pouring consistency .
Close lid keep on warm place for 1 hr.
      Now make the stuffed cream . Make homemade fresh paneer ( mix water with 1 & 1/2 cup milk pwdr mix well make thin runny batter like milk, boil it when it start boiling add vineger till milk is curdled . Strain it separate the waste water and paneer. Add cold water in it for cooling or removing the taste of vineger. Remove water keep the paneer in bowl).
           Boil the milk in pan add suger, crumble paneer and add , rose essence mix well. Add corn flour mixture cook for 2 min on low to medium flame remove from heat keep it cool down completely.
         After 1 hr fluffy batter is ready whisk well. Grease the tawa with ghee pour the 1 big spoon batter on it first 30 sec cook on high flame then cook on low to medium flame for 5 min or well cooked,  cook only with one side , take out on cloth cover it with cloth make all with same method . I make 8 Qatayef pancake with this batter.
        Fold the pancake press tightly and pack it filled the cream and garnish with dry fruits .
       Yummy Qatayef is ready to eat.

Russian salad. Ramadan special

Very delicious combination of veggies and fruits looks delicious and mouth watering salad was ready to eat .



Ingredients :

For boiling pasta :
1. 1 glass water 
2. Little bit oil
3. Little bit salt 

For salad :
1. Homemade mayonnaise ( veg or non veg as you like ) - 1 bowl
2. Hung curd - 1 tbsp
3.black pepper pwdr - 1 tsp
4. Salt 1/2 tsp
5. Boiled and chopped potatoes - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
6. Cucumber chopped - 2 tbsp
7. Green capsicum chopped - 1 tbsp
8. Apples chopped - 2 tbsp
9. Pineapple chopped - 1 tbsp
10. Macaroni pasta boiled - 1 bowl

For garnishing :
Black olives ( optional )


How to make :
In pan add some water with some oil and salt boiled it add 1/2 cup pasta and cook it become soft , after that remove from heat take out in bowl let it cool down completely.
          In big bowl add hung curd and mayonnaise with black pepper pwdr and salt, whisk it till fluffy cream is ready. 
Add all other salad ingredients mix well  , keep in fridge before serving . 
          Serve chilled Russian salad garnish with black olives .

Khajur Rolls. Suger free Dates rolls.

Khajur Rolls . Sugar free Dates rolls is very delicious and yummmy rolls which is easily made with few ingredients. It's a very healthy rolls specially for kids and pregnant woman. This is very easy and healthy recipe. So let's start making


Ingredients :
1. Khajur ( Dates ) - 20 to 25 nos
2. Dry fruits ( Almond and Cashew) - chopped 2 tbsp
3. Clarified butter ( ghee ) - 2 tbsp


How to make :
Remove the seeds from Dates ( khajur ) then grind it make fine paste .
(don't use water and don't use soft khajur ) .
In pan add clarified butter ( ghee) melt it. 
Add chopped nuts Fry for 1 min on low flame , after that add grinded  Dates Paste ( khajur paste ) mix well cook on low flame for 5 min  mix well. Switch off the heat let it cool down on room temperature. After that take out on wrapping sheet , make the roll shape it , wrap it let it set on fridge for 1 hr.
After that cut on shapes serve delicious Dates rolls.

Lab -e-Shireen Recipe

Lab-e-Shireen is very delicious mouth-watering creamy Pakistani dessert. Combination of three delicious desserts.
                So Let's start making.




Ingredients :

1. 1ltr water ( Pani ) for both  jellies setting

2. 1 pkt mango Flavour jelly crystals

3. 1pkt black currant Flavour jelly crystals

4.  1 ltr Milk ( dudh )

5. 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Suger ( cheeni ) or as per taste ( if you like more sweet lab-e-shireen you can add 2/3 cup Suger

6. 2 tbsp Vermicelli

7. 1 tsp Cardamom powder ( ilachi powder)

8. 1,1 tbsp Dry fruits Almonds, pistachio, cashew chopped and raisins ( Badam , pista , kaju aur manuka )

9.  2 tbsp Custer pwdr + 3 tbsp milk

10. 1/4 cup mango ( aam )

11. 3 tbsp Apple chopped ( seb ) 

12. 1/2 cup banana ( kela )

13. 3 tbsp Condensed milk, milkmaid, mithai maid  ( gadha dudh ) 

How to make ( Description ) :

 1. In pan add water 500ml boil it. When its start boiling, add mango jelly crystal mix till no lumps remain. Pour in plate keep plate in the fridge for 1 hr or till set perfectly.
Make blackcurrant jelly with the same method with remaining 500ml water.

 2. In a pan boil it the milk. When its start boiling add sugar mix well add cardamom pwdr and Vermicelli mix well add dry fruits mix well, add some milk in Custer pwdr mix till no lumps remain to pour the Custer mixture in milk  Cook for 10 min on low to medium heat.

 3. In a bowl mix, all fruits, add condensed milk mix well. Switch off the gas flame of milk mixture let it cool down.

 4. Mix the condensed milk mixture in milk mixture mix well let it chilled in the fridge before serving. Cut the jellies into cubes.

 5. In serving bowl and servings glass, add jellies, pour lab -e-Shireen mixture add jellies on top also spread dry fruits on top. Lab -e-Shireen is ready to eat.

Italiano Pizza Muffins Without oven

Pizza is a very delicious dish made with varieties. Today I make it with very unique and yummy way . Italiano Pizza Muffins.
    So let's start making.



Serving for : 12 to 15

Ingredients :

*For Pizza base :
1. Plain flour  ( maida ) : 2 cups
2. Active yeast - 1 tsp
3. Luke warm water - 1/4 cup
4 . Suger - 1/2 tbsp
5. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
6. Water - 1 cup or as needed
7. Milk - 1/2 cup

* For Pizza stuffing :
1. Black olives - 2 tbsp, cut in round shape
2. Chicken - boiled and shredded - 1 bowl
3. Onion - 1 finely chopped
4. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
5 . Red , yellow and green capsicum ( bell pepper) - 1/2 each finely chopped
6. Pizza seasoning - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Salt - 1 tsp

* For Pizza Sauce :
1. Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
2. Red chilly sauce - 1/2 tbsp
3. Soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp
4 pizza seasoning - 1/2 tbsp or as per taste

*Other ingredients  :
1 . Mozerella cheese - 1 bowl grated.

How to make ( Description ) : 

In bowl add Luke warm water add sugar mix till suger dissolve , add active yeast mix well keep aside for 5 min.
        Preheat the vessel or cooker , add 2 cups salt spread it. Place stand in it close lid preaheat vessel on high flame for 10 min.
       In big bowl add plain flour , salt , yeast mixture mix well add little by little water and milk knead well make soft dough, close lid keep aside or warm place for 10 min.
      Mix all  stuffing ingredients in bowl keep aside.
     Mix all pizza sauce in one bowl keep aside.
      Now come for the the dough , knead the dough once again.  take it in rolling surface make two parts from this.
       Dust some dry flour on rolling surface take one part of dough roll it round shape not  so thick not so thin. Cut the round shape in it like puri size with the help of water glass. Roll the puri size dough lightly.
       Grease the muffins moulds with oil . Keep the puri size dough in it like bowl shape. Add the stuffing and grated cheese on top keep moulds in cake Tin , place cake tin in preheated oven . Bake it for 30 to 40 min on low to medium heat.
     After 40 min take out the moulds serve let it cool down then remove it from the mould.
     Serve yummy pizza muffins this is the delicious dish for kids lunch box which is make happy to them .

Tandoori chicken tangadi kabab Without an Oven



Tandoori chicken tangadi kabab is very juicy flavourful mouth watering starter. The smoky flavours enhanced the taste of chicken tandoori tangadi kabab .You can can make it at home without an Oven and without tandoor. This is my favorite starter on Ramadan my family loves too. Today I make it using chicken legs .So let's start making.

Ingredients :

Main ingredient :
1. Chicken leg  - 4

Marination Ingredients :
1. Dahi ( Curd , yogurt ) - 1/2 cup
2. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
3. Chilly pwdr - 1 tbsp
4. Tandoori masala - 1tbsp
5. Ginger garlic paster- 1/2 tbsp
6. Orange Food colour -  1 tsp
7. Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients :
1. Butter or oil  - 2 tbsp for roasting
2. Onion , lemon pieces , coriander leaves -for serving
3 . Coal - for smoky flavour

How to make ( Description ) :

Clean and washed the chicken legs , make gashes on it . In bowl add chicken leg with marination Ingredients , mix well
 close lid keep in fridge for 2 hr.
            After 2 hr heat pan add butter or oil in it melt . Place marinated chicken legs , close lid cook for 5 min on low heat. Open lid turn legs then close lid cook from other side .After 5 min open lid cook or roast the chicken leg for 10 min on low to medium heat , turn and roast from other side . Switch off the flame when it's done. Take out the chicken legs in big bowl.
           Heat the coal , take out heated coal in small bowl. Place small bowl in chicken legs bowl , add some oil on coal. Smoke Is coming out close the lid rest it for 2 min.
         After 2 min open lid remove coal bowl close lid till serve
         Serve yummy , delicious , mouth watering chicken Tandoori with roundly chopped onions, lemon pieces and coriander leaves.

Paluda badi. Rice and milk wadi. .

Paluda badi ( Rice and milk wadi) is the recipe from my village Kudachi    fromKarnataka . Which is specially made in Shab - e - Qadar in Ramadan. Very delicious and mouth watering badi ( wadi ) made with proper quantity of milk ,suger  and rice . Ingredients are very important for making this badi. If don't measure ingredients properly then your badi is not turn out well. So read the ingredients and description carefully ,  In my village this sweet dish is made with different types, they use poppy seeds  and  grated coconut for coating after making. But Today I'm going to show you simple type of paluda badi. So let's start making very delicious yummy and mouth watering dish * Paluda badi*



Ingredients :

1. Rice - 1 tea cup
2. Milk - 500 ml
3. Suger - 1 + 1/2 tea cup 
4. Cardmom pwdr - 1 tsp ( use few drops of Vanilla essence if you don't have cardamom powder)
5. Clarified butter ( ghee ) - for greasing plate.
6. Water - for soaking rice.

               How to make ( Description ) :

Wash and Soak the Rice in Water for 30 min.

After 30 min reduce the water from it , spread it in cotton cloth dry below the fan for 10 min don't over dry .

           After that grind the rice till fine pwdr or flour is ready.

Take Milk in pan add Rice pwdr and Suger in it mix very well.

  keep on gas cook low to medium heat stir continuesly andcook it till very thick batter is ready.

 Add Cardmom pwdr mix well . When batter is thick close lid cook on low flame for 10 min then switch off the heat don't cool it.
Grease the plate with some ghee (clarified butter) . Also apply some ghee on Palm.

 Take out the thick batter in plate and

spread it . I ready 2 plate with this batter.

Now let it cool down completely then cut the pieces as you like.
